Through the Grant Access Tab students can share certain educational records with others. This is a two-step process.
Students can register any email address.
An email is automatically sent to the newly registered email address.
Only one email will be sent to a registered email address, even if more than one student shares with that person.
Students then assign viewing privileges to that email address. No records will be visible to the registered email account until this step is completed.
Students may opt to send an email to the registered address once privileges are assigned. (We recommend this.)
A registered email address may receive more than one of these emails.
All of the studentís records are personal and confidential. The PIN for the registered email address should never be shared. If you suspect that someone else may know your credentials, enter your e-mail address and then reset your PIN using the 'Forgot PIN' or 'Reset PIN' button.
